! I'm trying to fix my mistake of labeling my ankle-up art as half body art. Any pose that includes most of their legs is now considered a full body.
! Any poses that include their legs but have most of their other parts cut off via props or canvas can still be considered a half body depending on how much is cut off.

✿ Terms of Service ✿

❥ General Rules

✿ You are purchasing only the digital file.
✿ You'll receive a bigger/clearer version through your email or dms. For dm, a sta.sh or google drive link will be provided. Please save the file(s) as I might delete it in the future.
✿ I reserve the right to decline any commission/work that I can't do and/or am not comfortable with.
✿ By commissioning me, you have accepted my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them, as well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.

❥ Copyright / Usage

✿ As the artist of the produced artwork, I reserve the right to use them for personal only uses such as;❥ uploading/posting the smaller version anywhere I want, mostly only on my art pages. I will also mention the commissioner's name/alias.
❥ promoting myself with it in any place.
❥ using it for my portfolio.✿ As a commissioner, you are allowed to;❥ upload the artwork and used it for non-profitable purposes. Please do credit to my page if uploaded/used.
❥ use it for decoration, banner, profile picture, etc... As long as you're not making any profit with it.
❥ to watermark and resize my artwork as you see fit for protection.
❥ print it (on pillows, posters, etc.) as long as you do not sell it.✿ You are not allowed to;❥ change, modify, and use my works without my permission.
❥ claim the artwork as yours.
❥ remove my watermarks/signatures.
❥ make products with my art with the purpose to make a profit off of them.✿ If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet, please note me beforehand, or choose the private option in the google form. If you wish to un-private it soon after, just note me for it.

❥ BG & FG Info

✿ I will not be providing any transparent background. If no background is requested then it'll be either white or any other plain colour I see fit. However, if you wish for a certain plain colour, please tell me beforehand.✿ Foregrounds price will be included in the BG price.

❥ Ordering and Payment Process

✿ The commissioner will have to fill out the form given in the form section provided.
✿ If the slot is taken but I have not received any notes or email within 48 hours, I will have to move you to the waitlist and open the current slot for someone else.
✿ If somehow you've gotten a slot and a WIP of your commission is sent but there is no reply up to 1~2 week(s), your commission will be frozen and I will not touch it until you've replied. If it goes for over a month then your commission will be canceled.
✿ Please do not pay until I have accepted your commission.
✿ Payment in advance or after receiving the sketch, I have experience commissioners forgetting to pay and such. You may pay later if I stated so.
✿ Past commissioners whom I trust to be able to pay without forgetting may pay after they received the work.
✿ Payment must be in USD ONLY unless stated otherwise.
✿ Payment is via PAYPAL ONLY unless stated otherwise.
✿ Paypal fee will mostly be included in the commission prices unless stated otherwise.

❥ Refund Policy

✿ I will do refunds, but once I start working on your commission, you will not be able to receive a full refund.❥ Once I've started sketching, I can only refund 60% of the payment.❥ Once I've started lining, I can only refund 40% of the payment.❥ Once I've started colouring, I can only refund %20✿ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will also then be added to my blacklist and banned from purchasing anything from me. (commissions, adopts...)
✿ There will be absolutely no refunds once I've finished the commission.

❥ Changes

✿ I'm fine with doing any changes requested during the sketching process but do note that I will not follow the sketch 100%.
✿ Commissioners may also request minor changes in the finished piece such as small colour adjustments, and/or adding tiny details I might have missed.
✿ If your reference was unclear, to begin with, or you did not include it with the reference beforehand, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
✿ If I had made mistakes and did not refer to the reference provided carefully, no fees are required. However, if the reference was unclear to begin and I am required to redo the whole thing, there will be a fee.

❥ Work Speed

✿ Please do not rush me, I do not appreciate that as well as it'll only give me stress.
✿ If you wish for an update on your commission, you can note/dm me to see the progress. I do share WIPs but only smaller versions of them.
✿ If you wish for a deadline, it can be discussed and charges may apply depending on the complexity of the commission.
✿ I tend to work when I'm motivated so I can give my best effort and result in the work.
✿ I also tend to experiment with certain things, so the progress might be slow. If you are patient with me, I'll be sure to try and make your patience fruitful.
✿ This, however, cannot apply to collab commissions as I have no control over my partner's life and schedule, but I will try to ensure that you won't have to wait for too long, and for your commission to not be delayed.
✿ I will try my best to inform you if something comes up and if there is a delay with the art.

❥ Blacklist Rules

✿ Continuously breaking the rules may and will get you blacklisted.
✿ I will not be doing any commissions from, and for those who are on my blacklist.
✿ I have the rights to decline any commission in which the character is owned, designed, or created by those who are on my blacklist.(I will inform you if certain designs you own are from people on my blacklist and we can discuss what goes next)

✿ English is not my first language, I apologise for any mistakes I may have made.
✿ I will not be held responsible for any misconception if the commissioner did not read the ToS thoroughly.
